Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Thank you for shopping with Pet N Pack. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. All purchases made on petnpack.store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
No Returns or Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or accidental order
- Item not meeting personal expectations
- Pet refusal to use the product
- Purchasing the wrong size, color, or variation
- Items opened, used, or removed from original packaging
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. This includes partial refunds and store credits. We encourage all customers to review their cart carefully before completing a purchase
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pet N Pack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or postal service directly to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected once they have been submitted. Please double-check all order details — including shipping address, item selection, and quantity — before completing checkout.
